How it Works

The software contains digitally-encoded information relating to a large number of health-related factors. These range across anatomy and physiology, body chemistry, medicines, nutrients and pathogens, mental and emotional factors, metabolic processes, and more. During a test, a set of these ‘signatures’, chosen by the practitioner, are output in rapid succession by the Qest4 hardware as electromagnetic signals. Using a simple and safe low voltage circuit formed by holding two brass cylinders, the response of the body to those signals is recorded. The response being measured is small changes in the electrical resistance of the skin. This information is relayed back to the software. A report is generated on the computer of any responses that are outside specific limits.

Remote and Surrogate Testing

Like with many devices, it has been observed that good results can also be obtained using remote testing. The original and well-tested method of doing this is by ‘surrogate testing’ relying on a non-physical connection between the person who sat in and held the electrodes and the intended client.

This connection is often assisted by having a tissue sample (eg hair, nails, saliva or photograph) from the intended client on the test-plate of the system. This helps to ‘ground’ the reality of ‘you’ in the consulting room, to help the test be more strongly about you than anyone else.

This has certainly become more popular in recent years. It also allows for any urgent treatment to be undertaken should the need arise.

Energetic Imprint

Imprinted energetic information can be added to blank imprint bottles, blank pillules, patches and crystals.  The low-level laser provides another medium for the energetic information, perfect for using with small children and also on animals. Even base creams can be imprinted, enabling topical application focused on specific areas of the body.
